Using 3Stone

These terms govern access to 3Stone AI accounts, Chat, creation, files, projects, billing, and related services. Protect your credentials and use the service only for lawful, authorized purposes. Do not bypass access controls, upload malicious content, or violate another person's rights.

No warranty

This site is provided as-is. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we don't guarantee it will be error-free or uninterrupted.

Subscriptions and usage

Paid plans renew for the period shown at purchase until canceled. Prices, included usage, and renewal terms are shown before purchase. iPhone subscriptions are purchased, managed, restored, and canceled through Apple. Web purchases use the payment method shown at checkout. Deleting a 3Stone account does not cancel an Apple subscription.

Developer Mode and API usage

The 3Stone API uses a separate prepaid balance and does not require or include a consumer paid plan. Protect API keys, use them only from trusted server-side systems, and revoke a key that may be exposed. You are responsible for requests made with an active key until it is revoked. Do not share, resell, probe, or use the API to evade access, spending, safety, or rate controls.

Each request is metered under the pricing and limits shown in Developer Mode and the API documentation. 3Stone may reserve a bounded amount before starting work, settle the actual charge after completion, and release unused or safely failed reservations. Consumer subscriptions, credits, and advertised unlimited-use allowances do not pay API usage. Auto-reload, if enabled, charges the saved payment method only under the configured threshold and amount.

Intellectual property

As between you and 3Stone, you retain rights in content you provide. Subject to applicable law, provider terms, and payment of applicable fees, you may use and own outputs created specifically for your account. 3Stone retains its pre-existing software, systems, templates, trademarks, and platform technology. Separate signed agreements control if they provide different project, ownership, support, or delivery terms.

Review generated work

Generated material can be incomplete or inaccurate. Review important work before relying on, publishing, deploying, or distributing it. You are responsible for ensuring your inputs and intended use respect others' rights. 3Stone is not a substitute for professional legal, medical, financial, or other regulated advice.

Changes

We may update these terms as the site and business evolve. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the update.
