Jathan Spaulding
Jathan Spaulding is the founder and CEO of 3Stone AI, leading the company's product vision, strategy and mission to make advanced AI useful to everyday people.

Background
His curiosity about technology began around age 12 through experimenting with video games and software behavior. During college, as generative AI emerged, he began configuring custom AI experiences and testing how these systems could become more useful.

From exploration to company
In 2023 he expanded into self directed software learning through programming books, hands on projects and Raspberry Pi experimentation. He graduated cum laude from Morehouse College with a degree in Business Administration and later worked in mergers and acquisitions at a global consulting firm.

He founded 3Stone AI to make advanced AI useful and accessible beyond highly technical users through one assistant that can help people learn, create, build and get work done.

Access and participation
As a Black technology founder, Jathan wants more people, especially more Black people and communities, to gain early familiarity, capability and opportunity in AI. That perspective is part of a broader mission centered on access for everyday people, not the limit of who he is or what 3Stone is building.
