3Stone Software
Software that powers more than an app.
3Stone AI runs its own software foundation: a central controller that understands a request, chooses among authorized AI providers and tools, applies your account’s limits and returns the result. It powers the 3Stone app and 3Stone Meet today. We’re preparing the same hosted software for compatible devices and other companies’ applications.
How it works
- Your app or deviceA small client: a screen, a microphone and speaker, or an app. It never holds AI provider keys.
- 3Stone’s hosted softwareChooses the right provider and tool, applies safety checks and usage limits, and keeps everything in your account.
- The resultText, speech, visuals or files, back on the device or app you used.
Devices are designed to join an account with a short code you approve while signed in, each with its own identity you can remove at any time. Never your password.
Where each path stands
- Available nowThe 3Stone app
Ask, research, work with files and create documents, presentations, images and more, on the web, iPhone and Android.

Developers call the same hosted software from their own applications, with API keys, metered usage and spending limits.

Our own setup: a Raspberry Pi 500 in a TV’s HDMI port, with a USB microphone and speakers. It installs and connects to a 3Stone account; voice on customers’ own TVs is still being tested.
TV testing → - ExploringOther devices
TV platforms’ own apps (such as Roku and LG), small screen-and-speaker devices, and other categories. None of these is available, and we’ll list each one only after it’s tested.

Televisions: the first devices we’re testing
The TV in our videos is an ordinary TV. A small computer, a Raspberry Pi 500, sits in one HDMI port with a USB microphone and speakers and runs the 3Stone client. 3Stone doesn’t install inside a TV’s own software, a TV’s USB port can’t run it, and choosing a TV brand below doesn’t mean that TV is compatible. To try it at home you’d need:
- A TV with a free HDMI port
- Wi-Fi where the TV is, and a power outlet
- A small computer with a microphone and speakers (we’ll say exactly which ones work)
- A 3Stone account

Four quick questions so we know what would work for you. Your answers don’t commit you to anything.
For developers and device makers
Developers can use the 3Stone API today. If you make a TV, set-top box or other device and want it to run on 3Stone’s hosted software under your own brand, tell us what it is; we’ll say plainly whether it fits.
Questions
Is 3Stone Software a separate AI?
No. It’s access to the same hosted 3Stone software behind our app and Meet: our controller chooses among authorized AI providers and tools for each task. We don’t claim to own every underlying model.
Is 3Stone installed inside the TV in our videos?
No. The TV only shows the picture. A small computer plugged into its HDMI port runs the 3Stone client, and the answers come from 3Stone’s hosted software over the internet.
Can I buy device access?
Not yet. There’s no kit or price. Joining the TV list is free, nothing is reserved and you won’t be charged.
Does a connected device listen all the time?
No. You press to talk. A hands-free option stays off unless you turn it on, and you can switch the microphone off on the device and in your account.
