Jathan Spaulding founded 3Stone AI on a straightforward premise: advanced intelligence should give more people the ability to create and operate valuable technology—not merely consume it. He leads the company’s product, commercial, and operating strategy.

Spaulding graduated cum laude from Morehouse College with a degree in Business Administration. He began his career in Strategy and Transactions, working across business transformation, operational planning, and complex cross-functional initiatives. That foundation informs 3Stone’s emphasis on economics, execution, governance, and measurable operating value.

Under his direction, 3Stone has developed and operated software across customer operations, voice automation, accessibility testing, agent controls, research, payments, and business workflows. These systems are now being consolidated into a single creation and execution platform.

3Stone combines model intelligence, software engineering, infrastructure, and operational controls behind one interface. A customer can move from an initial question to research, a build plan, working software, and ongoing execution without assembling a fragmented technology stack.
